Privacy Notice

This notice explains what data Buildex collects and how it's used.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile basics.
• Content you create: change orders, line items, templates, company branding and settings.
• Billing data: your subscription plan and status, processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record — we do not store your card details.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service: authenticating you, storing and rendering your change orders, generating PDFs, and enforcing your plan's change-order limit.

3. Sharing

We share billing-relevant data with our billing infrastructure provider (Constance/TutivSoft) and Paddle.com strictly to process payments and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a change order or template removes it immediately.

5. Your rights

You can access, edit, or delete your content at any time from within the app. Contact us to request full account deletion.
