All subscription payments for Buildex are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

30-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge. Refund requests are handled by Paddle — look up your order by the email used at checkout at paddle.net.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not itself trigger a refund of the current period; use the 30-day guarantee above for that.
